Abstract: Mobile banking has become an important segment of modern financial services due to its speed, accessibility, and convenience. The aim of this paper is to examine the frequency of mobile banking usage in Brod-Posavina County, identify the most frequently used services, and analyse users' perceptions of security and their intention to continue using mobile banking. The study was conducted through an online survey using Google Forms on a convenience sample of 107 respondents, and the collected data were processed using descriptive analysis and presented through percentage shares. The results indicate a high level of acceptance, with 82% of respondents using mobile banking several times a month and 92% planning to continue using it in the future. The most frequently used services are account balance checking, money transfers, bill payments, and online shopping. Although most respondents perceive mobile banking as practical, simple, and time-saving, some users remain cautious about the security of personal and financial data. The contribution of the paper lies in providing an empirical insight into local patterns of mobile banking usage and in highlighting the importance of security and user trust for the further development of digital banking services.
